  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation and an e-ticket via email. If you do not receive these documents, please check your junk/spam folder. If they are still not found, contact our customer support team for assistance via WhatsApp.
  • To board the boat, you must exchange your e-ticket for a physical ticket at our partner boat counter at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The physical ticket is required for boarding.

2. Journey Duration

  • The travel time from Sanur to Nusa Penida is approximately 40 minutes, although this may vary due to weather conditions, sea waves, and other technical factors.

3. Check-In and Boat Counter Location

  • Each fast boat has its own ticket exchange counter located at the port of departure. The exact location can be verified on our website or by contacting our customer support on WhatsApp for directions via Google Maps.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive late for your scheduled departure, you may join the next available departure at no additional cost, subject to seat availability. Please confirm with the boat clerk at the counter. Note that no refunds will be issued for missed departures, and details on our refund policy can be found on our website.

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to your booking, including the departure date or passenger name, may be requested as long as there are available seats on the new requested date. To initiate changes, you must contact our customer support team via WhatsApp with necessary details such as your Booking ID and proof of payment.

6. Payment Processing

  • We use Xendit as our payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to comply with Xendit’s policies and terms of service. If you encounter any issues regarding payment processing, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in addressing the issue and will coordinate with Xendit to resolve it.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined on our website. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or missed departures.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Penida Fast Boat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to the inability to exchange your e-ticket, late arrivals, or missed departures.
